Ooooooo........what a GREAT story line!!!  "..., he had discovered that he couldn’t quite use Lily’s face anymore to make his blood flow."  This is one of the more astute observations in HG/SS shipping.  I think that would be so very true.Great job so far, I'm off to read the next chapters!

I had no idea you were such a tease, OpalJade.  We have no idea if there will be enough snow to trigger the charm, plus you are in paradise currently, enjoying sun and frothy drinks with little umbrellas, watching your loyal readers squirm with anxiety!Will they or wont' they?  It's just delicious torture to read their internal monologues, trying to second guess motives, still both as insecure as ever.  What we really see is realization of something beyond camaraderie, beyond friendship.  It's a beautiful thing.Loved Hermione's thoughts on grading her orals.  I'm sure she'll be outstanding in reality.Can't wait for the games to begin.

Well aren't you just pure evil, stopping where you did.  You ought to be ashamed of yourself, stringing us along like this.  I think I am having more anxiety and uncontrolled anticipation about snow night than they are :)I love Pomona humming  Let It Snow.  I will probably have to go back and reread this chapter, because I swear that after this part, my mind started filling in lyrics to that tune that were appropriate for their situation, and I'm sure I missed something along the way.  This happens to me a lot.  There is a name for that mental illness.  I'm not sure what it is, but I've got it!I love how playful the teachers are, the closer it gets to snow night.  Hopefully curfew comes soon because all semblance of supervision is about to go out the window.She dreamt that she was kneeling on the floor, nestled between Severus’s thighs, fulfilling condition number nine.  This made me laugh as  I'm pretty sure that particular act will forever be ingrained in my head as "condition number nine."  Next time this comes up, I will probably get all giggly,and my husband will want to know what is up.  I'll never be able to properly explain, but will have ruined the mood.  Under pressure, I'll inadvertatnly let  slip  your e-mail address (it is your fault after all) at which point you will get a nasty gram.  Sorry about that in advance ;)And the end, where he is totally helpless to turn her away, even though he thinks he ought to, was so perfect.  They are both in way over their heads, although they have no idea... yet.Goodness, I am sure giddy after reading this story.  The amount of rambling I do is directly proportional to the quality of the story.  Enough said.  Update now, dammit! 

Finally the snow is here and you've still managed to keep us hanging! LOL!  Love the slow build-up but we need some action here! I agree let it snow, let it snow, lsti it snow!

I also liked the inverse relationship between snow accumulation and teacher vs student behaviors. Hey that sounds terribly complicated. Go us!

It's snowing like all-get-out.  Hooray for Severus!  And I loved his defending Hermione when "the Pince" starts dissing her.  He get extra points for that!I love the thoughts he has about Hermione when he is having a wank— Sex with fantasy-Granger was a bit more competitive, a bit more playful— and then later he has convinced himself that she is drawing maps to her quarters for Mr. Jackson.  This bit of self-torture following such blissful thoughts is the quintessential Severus Snape.My favorite part was just after Hermione made her case to him for coming to his quarters early:“Did you bring your book?” he inquired. “Yes, of course.” He sighed heavily to indicate the depth of her imposition. “Come in, then.”Wonderful!  Beth

She had to give him a blow job if the forecast was accurate!!! ROFL!!!! And the "gravy/juicy" bit SLAYED me!!!! :D I hope she tickles him! Heeheeheeee!!!!Another fantastic chapter, lady!!!
