This is a terrific chapter!  Plenty of intellect, plenty of sex, a little sauciness...for next round Hermione ought to Transfigure her lingerie pink, straddle his ticklish hips, and tell him exactly where he can put his magical theories.This is a well written story.  I like the way you are drawing it out, the pacing is nice.  Thank you!

Do not apologize for taking the time you did to post this chapter, especially when it's this good!!!I found it very telling that Severus was irked with this attractive witch in her "slightly off-the shoulder black top with a pair of cream-coloured trousers and black heeled shoes that were more easily heard than seen due to the length of her pants.  He was no fashion expert, but he knew she looked... nice."  It's not like he was paying attention.... Oh nooooOOOOoooo.

That "she had taken away his chance to change into his other black trousers" seems like Mister-I-Am-Always-In-Control had it all planned out how he was going to WOW her when she came to his door at nine o'clock.  No matter, he WOWED her (and every fangurl reading this story) when he changed from his teaching clothes to his "I'm gonna make her scream my name" attire.

What really pleased me and gave me a good feeling for their future is that they were reading the same scholarly tome.  Ya know, I've always thought the best sex starts between your ears.  After all, great physical sex alone will only carry a relationship so far, but great physical sex and a shared passion for other interests can make life very sweet indeed.  *mumble-mumble-but-maybe-I-just-march-to-the-beat-of-a-different-drummer-mumble-mumble*

That Hermione's first attempt at wandless magic unbuttoned his shirt really took Severus by surprise, but it didn’t take long for both of them to act on the thoughts they’d both been thinking since he closed the door to his quarters.  And a fine reaction it was.  Mind blowing, in fact.  And then her stomach growled... and he left the room... for the time being...

His abrupt exit at the end of this chapter did seem cold, but you know what I think?  I think it took every last shred of self-discipline for him to leave that room, and I don't think that either of them has noticed that it's not even time for the Charm to take effect.Give yourself a pat on the back for a fabulously crafted chapter!!!Beth

WOW!!! Well worth the wait..I love this, I HOPE that the "CHARM" Hasn't activated yet and they will realize that they are attracted to each other without the need of the charm...I can't wait to see what happens next....Severus seriously needs to loosen up! LOL!!!   WELL DONE!

That was amazing! I still would just love it if they glanced at the clock and realized that it was only 8:55.But for Snape to just stand abruptly and walk off was too cold. I know he left her feeling empty and used when he did that. Poor Hermione.

I enjoyed their first coupling.  I hope that by the end of this Snow Day they will find more than sexual gratification and a list of rules to follow  :)  This was an excellent story idea.

Your update was well worth the wait!  It seems as if Hermione thinks it was, too.  I can't wait to find out what more "sessions" bring.
