Ummmmm. I don't really know what to say. I'm a Junior in college and an English major because I am a total bookworm.
I have been a fan of HP since I was around 11. I started reading fanfiction about a year and a half ago, and writing it a little later.

I am enjoying their letters to each other so much, they are very romantic.
This was so worth the wait. I like how even though Hermione knows who she is corresponding with, she still give him privaticy.
I do hope that, soon, Sev' will grab his courage with both hands and ask her out, or at least for tea.
Very nice. Please remind me where the 'I can’t step on that butterfly' comes from.I know a sf story that has that as a theme, but maybe I'm unaware of a more widely know story?

Thanks! It's from A Sound of Thunder by Ray Bradbury, one of my fave short story writers and one of my fave short stories! I was making an english major geek reference, I didn't expect anyone to get it, so go you!! lol

Great! So I was right thinking about that story.I really liked it when I read it, but I couldn't remember the title or author.I read a lot of short SF stories in 'those days'.Wow, imagine me, dutch in Italy getting a 'english major geek reference' ;)
Loved their correspondence. They are certainly getting to know one another better. Hopefully, Severus will get the nerve up to reveal himself.
Still lovin' it! I would be interested to know how they interact now that they are corresponding by letters but, unlike a standard correspondance, they see each other on a daily basis. Do they act like normal colleagues and converse as if there isn't a separate friendship going on behind the scenes? That would be difficult. Anyway, this is lovely. Can't wait for more!
More secrets have been shared and thoughts and questions swapped back and forth.
I like the way they are sharing their most intimate selves with each other. This could build a marvelous friendship. And that could lead to other wonderful things.
Yesssss!
This is the most romantic version of Twenty Questions I've ever seen. I'm glad Hermione didn't want him to stop sending the notes and flowers, Little by little they are learning so very much about each other through letters and books, flowers and Teddy bears.
I think it's a lovely way to get to know someone better!

Now she is confused enough to wonder if her secret admirer was not so admiring, but was settling old scores? Her evening with the Weasleys brought her a measure of comfort, but she's still going to be careful.
Now, is Severus ready to show his hand? Or will he play it out longer? Only time will tell, but I'm enjoying show!

“He may simply want to get into your knickers.” I think he is entirely correct, but then... he knows the admirer.
What a clever way to court the new librarian. I love it!

I love the quotes Severus is leaving for her. He said things would be different this year, and this is a great way to start. When he said her given name to her I said to myself that the game is a-foot! Yay!

I love the thoughts being revealed here.
New beginnings and a wet welcome for her first day on the job, plus Professor Snape witnessed her drowning by Peeves. LOL!
When Severus had noticed her coming through the gates to Hogwarts, he had thought to himself that "this year was going to be different. He would make sure of that."
I can see this is going to be fun!

She knows who he is. He knows she knows. Wonder when they'll get brave enough to confront each other in person! :)
Interesting discussion on the necessity of evil.
First order evil is necessary to generate second order good. There is no compassion without suffering; no courage without fear; none of the things we so admire in ourselves and others without the evil we are striving to overcome.
It sometimes takes the long view to see it but overcoming evil is what makes us who we are. A person who has never had to overcome grows into a unappreciative, weak, and narcissistic person.
Interesting quotation. Who could be this mystery writter?? ;)
The longest and most succesful relationship often begins with a humiliation...
This is fun.
I can tell fun's a comin'! I'm enjoying this so far. Can't wait to see what Snape is like in this one. I do so enjoy all the different ways that Snape can be written. Well most of them anyway. This is looking great so far.
Curious quotes, but quite lovely and possitive. It's nice that she is enjoying her work.
That was a lovely chapter. Full of such a hope, it made me smile.
This seems like it will be fun. I'm guessing it wasn't a horrible and prolonged breakup with Ron?
Love it how she made Peeves cower and run, even leaving his toys behind! Then she thinks nobody was there to witness it to find she was quite wrong. Interesting start to the story, look forward to more.
Sounds like a good old-fashioned romance with some UST brewing... well, not in the first chapter at least. Nice start.
I love how she cowed Peeves! Nice job, looking forward to more.
