See?  This was one of the little hills that needed climbing, and climb it they did.  Hermione will have to keep in mind that Severus grew up with a slightly more restrictive code of conduct that would be expected from a wizard to the witch he in hoping to woo.  I think she handled it will, though, and when she kissed him I wanted to cheer!

I wonder just what Hermione has in store for their second date.  She told him to pick her up at seven, and then she said she would arrange everything.  Will she arrange something away from the castle?  Or perhaps a romantic dinner in her quarters?  I can't wait to find out!

Now that Hermione knows why Severus just kissed her on her forehead, she will have to come up with a way to let him know that she wants more.  It was a good thing that Draco was still at Ginny's apartment when Hermine arrived, otherwise she might not have been able to understand this seemingly incongruous behavior on the part of the Potions master.

I know sooner or later Ginny will have to tell her family about her and Draco, but I can understand her reluctance to say anything just yet.  Although there are a few hills to climb, I thing both women are pretty happy with their personal relationships.

I like watching them getting used to each other in this new venue.  This is their first real date, and I couldn't happier with the way things are going.

I adore Severus when he is outwardly trying to be cool about something, and on the inside he is as nervous as a cat on a porch full of rockers. 

After Hermione brushed his ear with her fingers, he quickly got his nerves under control and did the sexiest thing when he used his teeth to remove her glove and twine his fingers with hers.  *sigh*

This was very well written!!!  Now I have to go find out how dinner at the new restaurant is going.
