I have only just found this story tonight, and I am thoroughly engrossed with it and deeply impressed with you!  Your writing is wonderful.  You make the development of the relationship between Severus and Hermione believeable and natural.  I loved the repartee between them in the earlier chapters, and my heart aches for both of them in the pain of this one.  I can't wait until you update, and hope it will be soon!

What a discouraging chapter.  And yet, it is probably one more bonding moment towards a stronger friendship.  What would he have done without her?  Luckily, we won't have to find out... right?   Nicely done.

I'm so glad Severus has the assurance of her faith in him. Surely it should mean a great deal to him and something to hild on to to carry on his task. YOU have my loudest support.

I just started this today.  Didn't review up until now because I just couldn't stop between chapters.  This is a really nice story.  The storytelling at the beginning of each chapter is a nice way of setting things up with a minimal amount of words.  It must make things  at least a little easier on him, knowing one person cares.  That is really sad, when you think about it.  Good thing she had the courage to approach him that first evening.  Can't wait for more!

Awesomely horrid, she means.  Gads, even your author's note at the end made me want to retch.  It's gagtastic.

Wow.  Beautiful.  Maybe all he ever needed was just one person to really believe in him and really care.  Nobody ever did.  Typical tragic character and of course deep down I knew in JKR's world it would never end well for Snape.Thanks for giving him some comfort, some small bit of warmth in an otherwise horrible existence.

I am loving this thus far!  I can't wait for the next chapters, this is wonderfully sweet and heartwrenching.  May everything work out in the end for our lovely couple. Great job Sunny.  :)
