I am in my 40s and I recently had two books published - Mike and the Deaf Student and Crayons - Color My World. They are both on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.

What – no raging hormones ;-) ?
An interesting start. I can't wait to see where you take them on their trip. And will it have excitement? Hmmmmm. Good job!

Thank you. And yes, it wouldn't be a Harry Potter story without some excitement. LOL
It's a good start. I can understand Harry not wanting to be a part of the ceremony. He's always been that way, but I think he should understand that Ron's grief isn't less than his because it was only a sibling--probably worse having known Fred all his life. But anyway... sometimes we think odd things. Looking forward to more.

Thank you. Yes, I think at some point during the fic Harry is going to realize how Ron really feels. Thank you for the rating and there will be a chapter up sometime this week hopefully.
Very nice beginning. I'm curious as to where you'll have them go on vacation?
Response from HermioneWeasley1972 (Author of Reversing the Veil)
Thank you for the review and the rating. As for their vacation spot, it's a place they haven't been to yet. :)
Interesting start, I look forward to read more.

Sounds intriguing. :)

This is a good start. I can't wait to see what happens next.

Thank you. You won't have to wait too long. I sent in my next chapter to SW. :)
I feel bad for Harry, but I think he sold Ron's grief a little short. Harry lost his parents in the most horrible way, but Ron has grown up with Fred as an older brother and probably someone he admired to some extent. I think he's fallen into a bit of his 'woe-is-me' attitude that he dwells in sometimes. I'm eager to see what his idea for escaping the ceremony is. But it doesn't sound like that's the 'adventure' of which you speak. Or does that all tie in?

Thank you for the review. And it all fits together. :)

Thank you. It will get more interesting as it goes, I can assure you.
Ron *sigh* This boy is just a stomah on legs. But in wirld upside down, i suppose it's good to know some things never change. Hope for more soon.

Thank you for the review and the rating. The next chapter has been sent in, so maybe sometime this week.
Harry never did like all the attention that came his way as the Boy-Who-Lived, so it stands to reason he'd want some time away after Voldemort was gone. Interesting premise, I look forward to seeing where you go with this.

Thank you Piper for the rating and the review. My next chapter has been sent in so I hope it will be up sometime this week.
Some things will never change. Ron loving sweets, Molly cooking, the ministry being insensitive ...I'm rather curious what mystery is awaiting them on their trip.

Thank you for the review and rating. Yes, it's true that some things never change. But change is coming. ;)
