Interesting how Hermione's moving firmly towards realising that Ron might not be the boy for her - that dream of hers almost sounds like the definitive turning point in that relationship.

you've done such a good job adding this to DH!  Very interesting.  An excellent chapter!  I liked hermione's dreams.  I like dreams in stories when they are well written and act like dreams.  you are doing a good job.

Is it the curse making Severus feel more tender towards Hermione, or is it circumstance?

Phew - you had me quite frightened there. For a moment it looked as if she was feeling something for Ron...

Hermione is becoming very important to Severus — more than just as a contact to get information to and from the Order.  And I think that her realizing that Ron is not her type, is only the beginning of her coming to know how much she cares for Severus.In Chapter One, when Severus was thinking back on the origins of the Head Girl Curse, he recalled something that the Headmaster had told him:  "Dumbledore had often said with a twinkle in his eye that he believed the curse would be broken when he found true love."  Perhaps, one day in the future, we will find out if that is the case.I love this story, and can't wait for your next update!  Well, done.Beth

He is falling for her. The dream with Crooks must have been hard on her, but effective. It's too bad that her nightmare had her married to Ron and I lve that Severus abducted her to have her to himdelf. cute. Nice update.

Loved it!  That dream was so insidious.  I can totally see her putting herself in that woman's place.  (Can't remember her name.)  And hey, she came to an important conclusion.  Won-won's not for her.  Whopee.  I really like the way you are taking parts of DH and weaving them in here.  It's all so totally plausible.  I was a bit surprised to see that this was yours, as most of your other works are quite short.  I'm glad you're steppin' out.

I like how you wove your story with in DH, just enough to be recognizable. I have to admit, I'm not very enamored with DH, but I love your story. That was some dream. Amazing how Hermione had doubts that bled through to her dream. The subconscious mind was really talking to her in her nightmare. Well done, looking forward to the next chapter.
