Do I ever know how one-shots end up morphing into more... It's happened to me on more than one occasion. This was really nice. I enjoyed getting Severus' POV. I also enjoyed how this second chapter was very different from the first, telling the same story yet feeling like it was a completely different one. That doesn't always happen when an author tackles a second chapter with the other person's POV, so I just wanted to congratulate you on a job well-done.

I like seeing it from his POV in this chapter It's hard to do that, without making it boring. you've done a good job, and I love MInerva!

Your story has charmed me, and I have fallen in love with your Hermione and Severus. Yes, they have a few dust ups every so often, but their joy in each other has such a loving and fun and passionate nature about it, that I find myself moving right along with them... a harmless voyeur, if you will.‘I love you,’ he had murmured.‘When we are married we can expand our quarters, and your clothing can be stored more appropriately.Their eyes had met, and not for the first time that Christmas, the sound of laughter had bounced around the walls of the dungeons.This is so beautifully written. Thank you.Beth

It's nice that everything's not always perfect for them. He finally got up the nerve to share his feelings. Yay. Now he needs to officially propose.

Ha... don't hold you're breath re: the proposal thing - that was it! You know what he's like - he's stated his intentions and I think if hermione waits for the 'down on one knee' moment, she'd still be waiting!
