Marvelous. Severus coming apart for an overwhelming love for our favourite choice of his partner is thrilling. He gets sappy, but then, JK made him so in face of love. So the last chapter will be about the success of the potion or disasters as Hermione dies? All your stories I have read ended well. Let's hope the trend with remain.

I have to say that I love HG/SS stories, but I usually refuse to read them until they are completed. I accidentally started this story unaware that it was not completed and was hooked, Now I have to check every day to see if new chapters have been added. This is one of the best stories I have read in this genre.

I LOVE this story!  You wright Snape so well. I can tell the termoil he is going through not wanting to go back to the wizzarding world but he can't just sit there and ler her die.  I can't wait until the next chapter!

Excellent, new chapters.  I'm glad Snape knows about her condition, even if he doesn't yet know whether there's a solution or not.  And I'm glad she was forced to come clean with her two friends.  No one should have to go through a terminal illness alone.

I do like Hermione's interaction with Snape. He might think he'll never want to return, but I suspect that he might yet reconsider - and he does seem to care about Hermione. As for getting more distant - I wouldn't be surprised if half of his mind was constantly working on trying to figure out some way to cure this condition. 

You have a knack for writing Severus's lines with such a sharp pen one shudders and lets bliss goosebums run all over. Certianly one of my all time favourites will be: I’d appreciate it if you’d refrain from sleeping there. The neighbors may begin wagging their tongues about my odd guests.
