This is an excellent story.  One of the best I've read.  Your summary has a mistake in it which almost prevented me from reading this story, you may want to check that out.  Anyway, your a good writer and you've a good plot here.  please update again soon.Elen

This is an extremely moving and heart wrenching story you've written.  I can feel the longing, the pain and suffering and the faintest glimmer of hope with each and every syllable.  It isn't often that a story is able to extract from me such a plethora of emotions, but you've managed to do just that.  I've run the gamut here and have no doubt I will many more times before the journey is complete.  I truly hope that redemption is forseeable in Severus’ future.Please update soon!!

oh I love how this was the thing that turned him and sent him to Dumbledore. I guess I have a high tolerance for reading scary painful stuff. I think this story is really going somewhere. I look forward to following it.

Powerful stuff.  The rape scene was well handled, not too graphic but showing the horror of the act. 

I hope that her efforts will not all be for nothing, that Snape will have a chance to clear his name.  

Has he really seen glimpses of her viewing him in the Pensieve through his life?  I look forward to finding out.

Oh my.  Again, you leave me grasping for words. You beautifully present these moments of sheer horror.  The depiction of Bellatrix' seduction and subsequent torture (through Rodolphus of course) of Severus is so wonderfully done that I feel as though I was there next to Hermione witnessing it all.  And the following scene is one that you know Voldemort probably played out many a time and yet I'm still struck by the horrific nature of it.This is such an intriguing story.  As much as I feel for Severus having lived it and Hermione having to experience it all, I can't help but say "more, more, more!"  (am I sick or what??? ^.~)

This story  is griping! I find myself checking for the update's more often than is strickly nesasary. What a tail! Very good.

Just when I think that a lot of the writing in fanfiction is going downhill, that it seems like people are starting to back off with the coming of Book Seven and the stories are beginning to sound like an echo of the one before it, you came along with this. Original ideas, or if not, at least presented in a new way. Great story and am looking forward to each new chapter.

To quote another reviewer, "Wow". This chapter has me totally hocked. I't hard to describe my reaction to the chapter ending, it was like a warm tingling sensation that spread from my heart though my whole body. Not unlike the feeling I would get at school when the teacher, who I had a crush on, praised my efforts. Not many stories I've read have had this effect on me.

the implacable hostility of former colleagues like Minerva is disturbing, but understandable.  A very interesting premise; this is getting a bookmark by me.  If I were Hermione I would nerve myself to talk to Dumbledore's portrait and try to get some answers.

This is a different take on a lot of the stories I have read.  It is very original and I can't wait until the next chapter!

Very promising start I hope you keep writing it cause i want to see where it is going.
