Severus glanced at the newspaper Professor Granger had left behind in the staff room. He found it hard to believe she had spent good money on such… trash, having serious doubts as to the witch’s continued intelligence if her taste in reading materials was anything to go on.

I am amazed and enthralled with the Harry Potter universe, with the emphasis on Snape. HG/SS is my favorite ship (you have been warned). I like sci-fi ? Star Wars, Quantum Leap, Star Trek, and Ray Bradbury to name a few. Horror also catches my interest as in Stephen King. I am a married, mother of two teenagers, multiple pets (dogs, cats, rabbits, turtle), and I work way too many hours. The rest is window dressing and subject to change without notice. I am also on staff on a wonderful new site called Playwitch. Visit when you get a minute: WWW.Playwitch.net

Reviews for Fool’s Gold
I don't care that it is too long to be a drabble - It's terrific! Loved it.
My boyfriends said it's pretty good, too. Sexy - without being crude, leaves a lot to imagination.Judging by his smile as he read it over my shoulder, he liked it too. Well, we're off to dinner. This was a nice way to wait for him to finish primping! Thanks for sharing!

Again, I love it! :)
Today I had an email that said:
Does eight inches enough 4 u?
Illiterate or what? hahaha
hehe loved it!
Ya know, if you made it exactly 1,000 words...we migh forgive you, and we could just call it a drabble-on-steroids or something...

That was so funny and sweet.
My favorite line is "Hermione laughed uproariously when he gifted her with a yearly subscription to the tabloid for her birthday, commenting that he’d said the newspaper was a waste of money." That is the perfect note to end the story with! Thank you Pearle
I love it, as usual. I had to laugh about the tabloid--although they are not something I have EVER spent money on, I do read all the covers while waiting in the check-out line. Well done, Pearle--another winner!
Thanks for the good laugh. I love your work and am happy for however many words you wish to give us!
That was perfect! Would that the man of my dreams gave me an opening like that!
That was quite cute.
*giggles* That was very funny! *giggles*
That fic is very sweet and funny,
I can't believe she told on herself, she just put women to shame just then. lol But made up for it later. lol. I wonder how long Severus' wand is any way. Humm, goes to think about wands for awhile. Thanks for the fic to think about.
Thanks for the laugh! Fantasic job :D
As always Pearle, great job! I love finding a story that makes my hubby get up off the sofa to see why I'm laughing in the other room.
*snickers* Oi, that is awesome! Very funny story.
This is very good and made me laugh very hard. But I think you had help. Because the challenge in itself is more than appealing.
WHat a hoot! Oh this is so funny. What a wonderful use of the prompt, too! It really is a delightful story.
“I’ll show you my wand, all right. Would like to see it magically grow with barely a wave of my hand?"
ROFLMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Do, please do the extended version. THere are so many possibilities and I do love a sheepish Snape and a sexually secure Hermione.
Good Job!

Funny and enjoyable... Hope things are well with you and your family.
very funny story.
What fun:) I HATE the cheesy ads that one finds in magazines, and you have been so clever at poking fun at them while making a very believable story:)
I love your stories anyway, this one is going to go to the top of the list of my favorites, though:)
Warm regards,
Fizzabella
Oh what fun! The embarrassment, the conversation, then the attempt "to turn the table on the witch." And the most excellent resolution. Thanks for a light-hearted moment! I needed that!
Don't feel bad that it's not drabble length. I thought it was funny as hell.
