Great story. I always wondered how much of Draco's hatred was jealousy. They say "Fortune favors the Brave" and Draco was never brave. His loss..

Sometimes happiness is all in the way you approach things. It's a shame Draco hasn't learned that yet. This was a great character study of someone who has never learned simple contentment.

Aw, poor Draco -- You'll have to write him a happy ending, prat or not, like you did for Severus and Hermione in this story! Maybe his unfortunate wife could suddenly turn into a Junoesque Bombshell? ::Grins::

Loved the picture you created of Snape and Hermione happy, in love and expecting a child. The fact that this was seen by the eyes of a truly unhappy Draco Malfoy gave it a bitter sweet taste but it's a very original one shot and I like the way you write.

Re-reading this story makes me remember how hard I fell in love with it the first time I read it. I think it was one of the first stories I read written by you (have read them all by now:-)) and this still brings a big grin to my face. Severus obvious happiness paired with Dracos despair is such a powerful combination:-))

This story is one of my favourites because back then, I had freshly fallen in love with fandom, and there were many happy hours spent at the computer. Nowadays, though still writing, I am not doing it in fandom anymore, and sometimes, I am sad I don't have the time to do so. In any case, I am glad you still like the story enough to leave a second review. *hugs you again*

This was marvellous!!! I haven't read this before, but found it when looking through all the stories you have written. I have this archive bookmarked on the newest updates on HG/SS stories, so if I don't go looking for all new stories I miss wonderful gemes like this one since Draco was named first among the characters. I just love to find treassures like this:-))
