. The Department of Mysteries was rather fascinating. It seemed as if the possibilities were endless behind all those revolving doors. I know Bambu wrote a story that featured Hermione as an Unspeakable. If you haven't checked that one out, you definitely should!

I thought the ending to DH was weak. There wasn't any mention of the greater wizarding world or of characters I really grew to love: Luna, Hagrid, McGonagall, etc. I'm glad Harry finally had the family he always wanted, though.

I know all Snape fans hoped for a happy ending for our beloved Potions Master. We'll see what Snape has in mind for this story. He can be so prickly at times! Let's hope Hermione is stubborn enough to stick around. 

I'm truly sorry that this first chapter ended on a cliffhanger. It would have been too long of a chapter if I hadn't cut it off where I did, but it did seem a great place to end the chapter all the same :) I hope you don't have to wait too long for an update. Thanks for your review.

Too true, but also very frustrating when you want to know what happens next! I start making up all kinds of storylines in my head to tide me over until the next chapter comes out.

Thanks for the review. Life hasn't been very kind to him, so I figured that I had better not be either (although it would be very humorous to see him thrown into a situation where he stumbles into great fortune and fame). 

You could certainly hope so, and it might even be a safe bet since this is a SS/HG story :)

It was very evil of me, almost Snape-worthy, wasn't it? In all honesty, the chapter would have been far too long if I had kept the entire scene together, and this seemed like a great place to end it. After all, Severus Snape likes to make an impact :)

I'm not familiar with The Wicked Companion. I'm surprised I haven't heard of it since I'm a member at WIKTT and most of the SS/HG archives. I'll have to google it.
