Just superb.  I would beg to differ with Neville though.  It  wasn't really about her intellect, even if it was a component.  It was the fact that Severus <i>saw</i> her and paid attention.  His gift showed his respect and his understanding.This was very nicely done.

Oh my, this is just too great.  Of course Severus can teach the "boys" a thing or two, but I think my absolute favorite thing about this is that it's NEVILLE who gets to do the explaining.  Too fabulous!
