My family became hooked on Harry Potter in 2001, when my son was going through a stage of reluctance to read fiction. Now it is a family hobby. I am a psychology teacher from Birmingham, England. My husband, who is Australian, is a computer programmer and network engineer. We have three teenaged children and two cats. We are all Evangelical Christians.

Ooh, what a lovely start to this story. I particularly liked this line: The Dementors couldn’t hurt a person who knew Padma Patil.It's interesting to see Hogwarts written from the point of view of someone virtually untouched by Harry's adventures. Bravo.

. You will see that Michael is not a very mature person - he will be acting his age (fifteen). While Harry & Co will make a few random appearances on Michael's stage, this is mainly the heroic tale of Michael the self-styled White Knight! Regards, GhV
