Draco's childhood is sad =(  I feel so bad for him. For thinking strength means hiding yourself. For not being able to see that vulnerability and asking for help is strength. For not having friends who would help him even if he could ask.

I'm looking forward to the next chapter. I can't wait to see how Draco and Hermione's relationship progresses. Wonderful story so far!

More angst is always good =) In this chapter, I was glad to see that Draco was at least aware that Hermione was not okay. I love how she won't let him get the best of her (and how that "infuriates" him).

Oh, *of course* Draco had to walk away *before* seeing Hermione tell Ron it was no good. I love angst, and it looks like more is on the way! Yay! It's going to be interesting watching Draco and seeing how his character develops. I felt so bad for him when he felt the need to solidify those walls around him. Hermione, watch out!

Loved the imagery in this chapter. :) Draco is spot on (characterization). Glad Hermione gave him the what  for in the end. He did deserve that. Hope he realizes that being in charge means being responsible about things. :)
