In the best tradition, Severus must meet Hermione's parents to seek their blessing. Just how has Dumbledore meddled THIS time? This story is a sequel to Master of Enchantment, as well as Bast: Operation Kitty.

Well, the meeting went pretty well, thanks to Dumbledore. I think any meeting will in-laws-to-be requires some reward. Thankfully, Hermione gave in. :)

Such a lovely little "dumpling" of a story. I'm sure the boys most certainly did have to wait. Sev's not quite the picture of a man known for haste in that sort of situation. 
And since Dumbledore set up the conference and the weekend away of course he had covered all of his bases. He's not been around for almost 150 years and NOT learned that!

I still crack up when I think of Severus looking at Hermione and mouthing, "Dumpling?" *snort* No, he's not a hurrier when it comes to making luuuuuuurve. That's why we love him!Dumbledore the Meddler is a delightful character. He really owed Severus and I think he paid off in spades.As ever, my dear, thank you so much for the note!
That last line just made the whole thing!

Aaaaah. The fuzzy warmth of it! Love this, as I love every piece of this series. It was priceless, finding out just how far the meddling had gone!I really loved the moment where Severus says to Jane "Can you not feel it?" and she gets all emotional. Aaaah. Love it, love it, love it. :)

I think this might be the last one I'd previously read of this series. It seemed a little familiar to me. I've not read the others. I think I ended up getting confused as to which order to read them in (I'd gotten behind for a while on my reading). Anyway, I liked it very much.

Hi, SW! I do know that people have told me there are so many of them that it's hard to keep up with the order in which to read them. I hope to get the rest posted on a regular basis. Thanks for the nudge, hon.
"The Boys" deserve to be kept waiting, Severus will take all the time he wants, thank goodness.
The last line was amazing! 'Oddly enough, the boys did have to wait.' Can't wait to read about the boys now!
