This was sad! But I really do enjoy your drabbles, so I'm going to go read some of your longer work now. I love how you hate Percy! I think he should get a proper comeupance one of these drabbles.

Thank you so much for the compliment! I'm so glad you enjoy my work. I feel a bit guilty about hating Percy, really - if one of my drabbles needs a villain, he usually gets the role! Who needs Voldemort when you're got a disloyal bastard on the loose, right? :) Thanks for reviewing.
Well, it was good. If there was a criticism it would be that it was a tad melodromatic, but that is most likely the constraints of the drabble form; getting to that 100 word target means making sacrifices - well, that's my experience of writing them. But I did really like it; and it didn't feel very sad, and I think that's because you wrote HG with such passion. I could go on but then it would be longer than a ruddy drabble! LOL.

Thank you so much for the lovely review. I am glad you enjoyed it. You're very right in that writing drabbles really constrains the writer to an extent - you have to make decisions as to what to keep and what to cut. I try to avoid extreme melodrama, but sometimes it still happens...:) Best wishes.

Trust me it was a very minor crit - still a 5 star effort. You really did write Hermione very well in this, and the reader felt she had no alternatives - which I would imagine was the aim. Will now wait for more of dark roast!
Oh my! This was a seriously wonderful read. It was so angsty and emotional, and you really had me feeling for Hermione here.
