I've never read a Victor/Hermione story before, but I decided to take a chance because you were the author. I have enjoyed so many of your other stories that I decided to expand my horizons. Color me surprised, I'm really looking forward to the next chapter and I'm happy that Victor is able to see Hermione as the beautiful person she is....unlike some others who will not be named.

Each chapter had managed to make me feel so mushy. I just love this pairing, and you are writing it so well, with the scene that makes it so special. I liked the way Viktor's parents seem to accept her and like her, and how they were friendly with her parents. The way John Granger didn't mind about his 15 years old girl going with a boy alone in a foreign city was really nice. To be honest, the way she repressed her feelings for him, and decided to push him away to avoid hurting her, saddened me. *Just remember the V/Hr fic you wrote* Ok, I won't delve into the subject again. “I think that I can decide vhen to giff up on you, Herm-own-ninny. Do not think that I vill be led around by somevon if I do not vish to be.” Isn't he sweet? I love Viktor when he stands by his choice and firmly declares what he wants, or better say, who he wants.Viktor moved behind her and put his arms around her and whispered, “I do luff you.”  I simply melted in this part...You pictured Paris quite fine, Trocadéro's fountains are simply beautiful and seeing the tower from that point is one of the most beautiful sights of the city. Gorgeous chapter, I can't wait for the next one. By the way, anything you want to write is perfect to me.

I loved it... and it's just getting better. Viktor is a sweetheart, and I like when his smile is mentioned in the stories, because it makes me think he does that for Hermione. I also liked the way you described the companionable silence between them and the way he behaves around her, always a gentleman. I agree with you, it's very probable that the way he treated her made her feel special and boosted a little her ego. After all, she's only a fifteen years old girl who seems that had never had that type of attention. Sun, I have to say it... That had gained him a few points in her eyes, but it would still be a long time before he could truly measure up the man that Viktor was. Great start!  Your Viktor is lovely- willing to wait but sure that Hermione is what he wants.  For someone who speaks English as a second language (or maybe a fourth or fifth; he's likely to speak multiple ones!), he certainly knows the right words to say.  Who wouldn't swoon to know a desirable man thinks you're THE girl?  I always had a problem with Ron/Hermione as a pairing- it _can_ work, but I can see they'd have problems with mutual interests and pursuits once the threat of voldemort was gone.  Viktor seems a lot more her intellectual equal.  I hope they get together in the end!  Cheers!

I was just getting ready to ask if this was going to have more than one chapter.I enjoyed it, I saw Viktor in a bit different light but still the gentleman. It was sweet and their tender moment was precious. Can't wait for more.

This is the first time I've read this pairing. I've read HG/SS fics where Viktor is a mean death eater hell bent on raping Hermione, so this is actually refreshing.

I've never been averse to Victor and Hermione, but it's also not usually my first choice. But I totally loved this dip in that pool. So sweet and charming. And I like the open ending. I think this time I'll picture them together for the long haul. ^.~

I enjoyed this story. It is so very rare to come by a vell vritten story about Hermione and Viktor. I honestly did not see the potential of that pairing untill the fourth movie, but it is just oh so cute. Very nicely done, I really like how grown up and mature Viktor is in your story, how he knows what he wants and sticks to it. :)
