I like to read, and I have this compulsion to write.
And the lovely banner above was made by Talesofsnape, a friend of mine.

Loved this "behind the scenes" look at what was one of my favorite parts of OoTP. Snape and Flitwick's conversation was masterfully written. The salute at the end was a great way to end it. Thanks.

I love that scene too, and I have thought so much about how Fred and George came up with the ideas. That is how I came up with this idea. And thank you so much for the kind words. I'm so happy you liked it.

I really liked this, but I have one concern. The twins were seventh year students in OotP, were they not? If I remember from the books, they were two years ahead of Ron and Harry. I might be wrong, however. ^_^

Response from Pyttan (Author of The Filius Files, part 5: A Theoretical Approach to Teaching)

I'm glad you did. Filius and Severus is very dear to meAnd you are right. It's horrible that I missed that! I was so sure ... *grumbles*Thanks for the heads up, I'll fix it.

LOL.  So that's why Filius was so triumphant when the twins let loose! :)

Response from Pyttan (Author of The Filius Files, part 5: A Theoretical Approach to Teaching)

Yes, indeed it was. In my mind he also saved that little piece of swamp because Fred and George obviously had read up on the rest of the elements too.
