I'm a forty-something American woman who is addicted to the SSHG pairing, relatively new to this fandom. I'm also considering starting some original fiction soon...

Hermione is a little minx in this, love it! lol I thought at first she was going to pull out and eat a banana lol, but the ice lolly was more in keeping with the heat of the room. Great stuff!

One can only wonder! I think we can safely assume that Harry and Ron were clueless, or they'd have caused a scene. As for the rest ... if they noticed, they're apparently too embarrassed to say anything. ;) Thanks for reviewing!
Poor guy! I don't know why he even thought he stood a chance against her. At least she took pity on him with her escape route. Or maybe it was just a way to get them out of there faster so they could move on to bigger and better things. Can't wait for the next meeting *nudges you*Incidentally, the dance floor in the treetops screams "crazy Dumbledore idea."

Hehehe, the plot bunnies for this series seem to strike at random, so who knows if/when there'll be another? I suspect Severus is starting to realize just how sneaky and determined Hermione can be when properly motivated. The dance floor in the treetops was actually a product of thinking, "What sort of crazy idea might Dumbledore come up with for an anniversary ball?" so I'm glad that rang true! Thanks, as always, for reviewing. :)
