Ron, Harry and Hermione discover the consequences of their inaction with regard to saving the life of one Chosen by the gods – or in this case, goddess. And it all becomes vastly more complicated when the school hires workmen to fix the battle damage at Hogwarts.
This was my submission for the SSHG summer 2010 Exchange, written to a prompt by Tribunicianveto. My wonderful Beta was Subversa.

Reviews for Whom the Gods Annoy
HAH! I love the computer chat. Especially when Severus says, "WTF?" One of my favorite things to say in a chat.
aww, how sweet!
Life is meaningless to gods because they can't die. I remember discussing this in a Greek Myth class in college. LOL. I think you must like Mythology, too.
ah, but is this a game of Aphrodite? LOL.
Snape humming ABBA. HAH! Oh those poor boys. Will Snape somehow remain unscathed?
I love this story.
HAH!
Poor Ron. I don't really think Ron is all that good a match for Hermione even in the original stories but I don't think he deserves quite that much suffering. It IS, however, hilarious.
LOL! Mythology and HP together at last. This is too much fun!
LOL. I love mythology so of course I know most of these names. Hephaestus is one of my favorites. He had two female helpers. He made one of silver and one of gold, I believe. I think maybe they're the first "robots" ever mentioned. LOL.
LOL! I love it.
Oh no, I can guess who her project will be. LOL. I am reminded of Mrs. Jennings in Sense and Sensibility. "Leave the poor Colonel alone, Mrs. Jennings." Elinor is always the sensible one. That turned out alright for the Colonel, though, so perhaps our Dear Professor Snape will find happiness.
Hmmm. That's not the first song he sings either. I think you may have written a GOOD songfic!
This is delightful!
Love this. SO MUCH.

Awww... I love the gates.
I hope Aphrodite doesn't cause them too much trouble.
I love Granny Snape!! Oh, and Floyd, too!
tawdry knick-knackery
This story is simply hilarious.
Poor Ron... or not.
Hahahahaha... Bazoombas!!! Perfect!
How cool! I can't wait to see how this pans out.
