“Well, Madam, since you are able to wear the Prince family crest, you are either who you claim to be or you are a very powerful impostor with magically skilled allies.” He frowned at her.
This caused her to raise an eyebrow. “And impersonating your wife would gain me what advantage?”
“That remains to be seen.” His brows furrowed, and he closed his eyes for a brief moment.
“Left or right?” asked Hermione and rose, a little bit steadier than before, to her feet.
“What are you talking about?”
“Your migraine.” She went straight to the storage shelves and removed an almond massage oil, which she poured into a bowl and added a few drops of some other ingredients. She stirred it gently and returned to his side.
“What’s that?” he asked, sceptical.
She sighed. “Something I developed over the years to ease your pain. Lean back and let me help you.”
He wasn’t convinced. “Why should I trust you and your skills. I don’t know you!”
Hermione’s patience was at an end. “Severus, don’t play the fool, it doesn’t suit you. You are a Legilimens, see for yourself if you can detect any deceit and then lean back and relax!”
She felt the subtle touch of his mind, and then he relaxed and leaned back.
She soaked her fingers in the oil and rubbed her hands together to increase the temperature. With long, gentle movements, she began to massage his temples and add pressure to some special points.
Severus was completely taken aback. His headache faded, and he found himself ready to purr in pure enjoyment at her ministrations. However, he contained himself, unwilling to let his natural guards down so easily and pondered the idea of having a wife.

A really interesting way to use the time-turner.
fantastic tale so cleverly told in so few words. loved it
I feel bad for missing all of those updates. I started reading books so I wasn't coming online like I used to but I am glad to have finished this, I liked it very much, very short and sweet. I like the idea of the Serpent on his headboard of his bed.
i can't imagin what that might have been like for him, joyful and painful at the same time. wonderful update. thanks and christmas and holiday smoochies
This has been a wonderful story to follow, especially because Severus now have someone to live for:-))
Awe. This was a really cute story. thank you.
lol good to be home and everythings all right after all.
Oh that's really risky! Legilmens can see dreams, too!
Oh, the angst he'll live under.
Oh my gods! He got her pregnant. I hope she isn't saying too much.
Oh, as if his vow to Dumbledore, his guilt over Lily weren't enough, sadle him with this! Oh, his life isn't fair.
Oh little vixen! Led him right where she wanted him!
lol Oh this is good! Her knowledge of him made him at least relax. One step forward.
Oh I love it when this are so baffling! The locket is a neat bit, I can see that being very handy.
Nice way to end it. Confirming that he's held on so long to find it's true and then knowing he's only got the next 6 years to go through 'til he starts / continues his relationship with her... I know it can be taken the wrong way, but it's better you ended it this way instead of starting from this point. ;) Well done!
That was a nice way to end this.
This part of time turner stories always a strange feeling in me. I can't help but think Snape an old pervert lusting after an 11 year old girl. I don't mind the age difference but NOT until she's 16 or 17. I know writers don't think like that (fortunately) but there's still that strange feeling. So I'm curious as how you'll proceed.
Oh, my. At least he can be hopeful.
Finally Severus knows what he has fought for and waited so long for is right there before him. How wonderful it must have been for him to see her looking into his eyes after her sorting. Only six more years and all his wished will come true.
Thank you for such a great story on the value of patience.
Beth
Nice. I wonder if Severus will deviate from his past course?
OH MY GOSH....I am so loving this story....Poor Severus...Bless him!!
This is a nice insight into Husband!Snape and his love for Hermione. And he knows there will be another baby to keep Sebastian company.
Thank you for this look at Hermione' and Severus' family life in the present. Seeing how happy they are and hearing Severus say that “Yes, everything will be alright,” made me smile. But I know that Past!Snape is having a hard time without his Hermione.
I can't wait to see you next update! Well done, Shella.

Sweet, but short. I know it's a drabble, but it is a good one leaving me with wanting more at the end of each chapter.
yay! thanks
This is so cute. How lucky she is to receive such love from this man.
