Draco Malfoy wants Hermione. Lucius Malfoy wants her, too. What will happen when she doesn’t want to decide and her magic chooses for her?

Due to the often controversial nature of my fics, I've decided I will no longer be posting here (this not NOT include my WIPs--Princes in Exile and Caged Bird Sings will continue to be updated here. This is regarding only my oneshots and future long fics). You can find all my stories at my Livejournal, under the name literaryspell. None of the fics are, as yet, friendslocked, so you can read at your leisure, and friend me, or not, as you like. :D Be sure to check out my master list, which is the first post on my LJ page. Thank you!
If anyone would prefer to send comments to me personally, or would just like to talk plot or make suggestions, please contact me at literaryspell@live.com. I'm happy to hear from anyone!

LOL, yes, our Hermione is predictable about her research, at least. I was surprised that Lucius used the same approach as he had with Draco. I really wonder what Mione is going to say. =) lol
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Research is her battle cry! Lucius might seem suave, but he has no real clue about how to handle Hermione... he only thinks he does. :)
More kisses! Only of the Lucius flavor this time, and she wants to see him again!!!!! And Draco still wants her as well. Yes!!! :D
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
LOL You're so excited! I love that. Lucius-flavoured kisses are sooo yummy! Draco ones, too. :)
Hermione's magic improved, but Lucius' magic is faulty. Draco desires Hermione like she's made of chocolate, but he isn't feeling right about courting Hermione at this time. I have more questions than answers. Intriguing chapter! :D
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
I'm glad that you have questions! But I can't give you answers, that wouldn't be sporting. You'll have them soon enough.
omgosh! I can understand Lucius sacrificing for Draco, but I hope that it won't be necessary. :D

*grins maniacally*
That was some kiss! *fans self* When did Draco become such a Romeo? Yummy What is up with Hermione's and Lucius' magic? Erratic, weaker, more potent at times? I love how Lucius considers a house elf revolt being to blame. LOL The guilt Lucius feels from his attraction to Hermione is only natural. He loves his son and doesn't want anything to come between that bond. Unfortunately, Lucius is only a man, who has needs and desires just like everyone else. Great chapter. :Dl
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Draco's Romeo-ness definitely gets called into question later! LOLLucius' desire for Hermione and the confliction he feels is a HUGE part of the story. Clever you to pick it up so early. :)
Yikes! Emotional overload. She has to be embarrassed! Draco is to be commended for his cool handling of the situation. Interesting that she is dreaming of canoodling with both Malfoys. :D
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Who doesn't dream of such things? I can't be the only perv around here... :)
It has to be so disheartening for Hermione to have her hard work dashed by bureaurocratic posturing. She takes her work very seriously. At least it gave Draco an opportunity to ask her out again. Lucius' reaction to Hermione's outrage is interesting. Will he acknowledge his attraction or keep everything inside? Great chapter! :D
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Hermione's job really is thankless, and it only gets worse. You are asking all the right questions!
Once Hermione finds out that Lucius is on the up and up about the three of them as a triad, I think only maybe a niggling sense of propriety will be the only thing standing in her way. But she already knows she's strongly attracted to both Lucius and Draco - who wouldn't be? - so I doubt she'll be able to hold out for long. And I imagine Lucius is right about Draco... once he realizes Hermione is okay with going there, Draco will likely go along as well. Still, I think it may be a bit weird at first. I mean, father and son at the same time? A bit squicky, but what a way to go!
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Only a niggling sense of propriety, eh? It wouldn't be fanfiction if there wasn't more angst than that! LOLAs for holding out... well, she'd not made of stone! :)If you're squicked already, be prepared. There's no incest in this fic (beyond a few touches and not for MANY chapters) but they do have threesomes.
I'm sure she will accept the triad just as Draco already has. There is just one thing: you said there won't be any Malfoycest to use your word. What about the warning you set ? Is there some fourth person we're not aware of ?
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
No, no fourth. The threesomes will be between Draco, Lucius and Hermione, but Hermione will be the middle agent. So they will both be having sex with her, but not one another. That makes sense, doesn't it? So obviously the Malfoys will be having sex with Hermione at the same time, they just won't touch each other sexually.
She didn't even stay for dinner? Poor Herms, wanting to do research when many of the books she will need are likely in the Malfoy library. I hope she learns that their magic will blend in a week and then (if I understand correctly) they would be able to split the threesome with no ill effects, pair off if desired. A week with both men in a romantic setting -- yes! Thanks for the update.
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Haha good point about the library... I think she really sees the Manor as the lion's den... or snake's nest. :)Yes, they can split up within the threesome, but all together is ideal.
Now it's getting really interesting... Lovely work. As always.
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Thanks muchly!
Whoa! o.o You hinted, but that totally came out of left field for me. Awww, but why WON'T Draco and Lucius be together that way? *evil smirk* I kid, I kid. It's amusing to think about though. Hermione's in for a shock. Hope she takes it well. o.o Thank you for new chapter, looking forward to the next!
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Really? LOL i thought I more than hinted. :)I know some readers want Malfoycest, and I almost did it, but my beta made me realise that this isn't the right fic for it. HOWEVER, there will be a sequel where the men develop their intimate relationship. Good times shall be had.
Response from Ugly Kitten (Reviewer)
Yaaaaay, sequel!! =) That makes me happy. LOL, I'm a little dense sometimes. ^.~
Sounds like Hermione's a bit... erm, on edge? Poor Draco just can't do anything right. And I suspect Hermione's rather less-than-articulate performance at that meeting should give Lucius something to think about, especially since it began the moment Hermione laid eyes on him.
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Yeah, she's just a little high-strung. Nothing says "take a vacation!" like attacking your fellow employees. :)
Watch your back Mione or you'll soon be tied to their bed without even noticing. (not that I complained and I doubt she will *grin*)
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
You wouldn't see me complaining, either! Thank you so much for reviewing!
Definitely a great beginning! Hermione needs to learn how to relax and have fun, but Draco, I think, needs to beware of 'open mouth, insert foot' syndrome. Sounds to me, though, like Lucius gave his son some good fatherly advice for a change. Personally, I can't wait to see what happens once he decides to approach Hermione himself.
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Thank you! Yes, Hermione has definitely had some hard times, and she needs to live a little. Enter sexy Malfoys! LOL
I wish this chapter were longer. It's a very promising story and I long to read more, much more.
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Thank you! Yes, the chapters start out a little short, but it's a fairly long story, so no need to worry about it ending soon.
Too polite to be honest. I'm sure she's right to be suspicious. But she can always have fun.
Response from LiteraryBeauty (Author of Some Things Change)
Ah, but Hermione know how to have fun? LOL I'm sure she will have help learning.
