Your fic was featured this morning on OBM. This was beautiful, and an imaginative alternate ending. I liked that he didn't take liberties with her, that he kissed her hand when she smiled at him, and that he has hope for the future. Thank you for sharing.

Marquise is a phenominal artist, who doesn't do HP fan art anymore. I consider myself very lucky to know her and to have had her do a few illustrations for me. These two she had done and showed me, and that's where I got the inspiriation. I'm very happy you enjoyed this. I prefer writing a romantic scene with no sex than adding anything physical to it. I think it works better.

I remembered this picture while reading (and the one with him holding her). Great story! I thought it would be chaptered, but a one shot is better than nothing. Anything you write is fine by me. Cheers

I actually just found the first picture. My files are all wonky and I had only this one. I'll post that first one as well. I had originally thought of doing something a bit longer, but I think it works well like this. It gives the reader enough informaiton to know that they are both interested in something further. I'm glad you enjoyed this.
