Reviews for The Traveller
This remains an amazing and transfixing story. (The opening part of this chapter alone, with Hermione's description of waking next to Severus, was really quite beatiful and erotic in a breathtakingly descriptive way. You most certainly have a way with words.)I look forward to the continuation once again ... :-)

Thank you so much; I'm thrilled that you liked the morning scene so much :D
This chapter was so wonderful. You really captured Hermione's worry and angst about what he would say. Oh, and that last line... perfection!
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
Thank you!!
Wow, she saved him! You're my hero.
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
Grins. How could I not, given the chance?
this was my favorite one yet - you have the most intriguing metaphors - the yawning hole in her soul -beautiful that yearning grows and stretches, complete with the implied exhalation that does not bring relief! Wonderful word smithery!! Can't wait to see the next posting!
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
Oh, thank you! I have to admit to being very fond of metaphors, lol. I hope you enjoy the rest of the story!
Geez, the implications of her messing with time! Can it ever work out? And will he recognize her? (And will his memories be different when he gives them to Harry because of her?)
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
Time is a difficult one to write, what with having to keep all the timelines straight and untangled. Hmm. Since he's already met Hope, the memories will be exactly the same; I don't think Snape needed to give any hint of knowing a woman named Hope to Harry. Harry needed to know about Lily and getting the knowledge he needed to defeat Voldemort, I think :)Thanks so much for reading.
He is like an addiction. She just can't help herself. :)
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
Well, Snape is certainly my addiction too!! Grin.
Great story. It has reallly grown on me. This last chapter left me feeling anxious, in a good way. I look forward to more.
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
Thank you so much. I will admit to feeling anxious when I wrote it!
you have me squealing againanother lovely idea coming to lifeand a flawless execution, as wellthank you-----------------------------------i had this in my head all the time while reading:hermione talking to severus and making a T.A.R.D.I.S. refference

Thank you so much!Giggles. Do you think Hermione's a Dr Who fan, then?Grin.
Response from Anathema (Reviewer)
I think she would wish one would come with a job - much more practical than keeping all the stuff you need in your pockets.
Love all this quantum theory. Have you ever seen that Star Trek TNG episode where Worf travels from unverse to universe? I love that one. But this seems to be going in a different direction.
I'm not sure I could do such a job. I'd be so tempted to change EVERYTHING bad!
oooohhhhhh! Hermione! My heart is breaking for her and she's not even at a pivotal moment yet!! Can't wait to see what come next
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
She's certainly digging herself into a BIG hole! Thanks so much for reading.
oh! historians! that would be so much better than all the research I have been doing for the past six months! Do they age more quickly because they spend time in the past and then return to the point at which they left? That part confuses me a bit.
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
Hmm. I think I'm answering the reviews in backwards sequence because you've just answered your own question, I think :D But yes. They're essentially historians. And your second question: EXACTLY so. It's a relative sort of aging. They don't age more quickly, but they spend a lot of moments out of the current timeline so it just looks like they've aged really fast.
this just gets better and better! facinating update. thanks so much
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
Thanks so much for reading!
excellent!! loved you description of the viability of the travel - thanks so much!! Also really liked the Peter Parker line :-)
Something tells me she won't be able to just put that behind her.
Very interesting way to Apparate! Can't wait to find out just why these folks travel.
What is the purpose of the Travelling?
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
:) Hermione records events of the past and writes historical accounts.
This story is quite an achievement; it's so completely different from anything else I've ever read on a fanfic site before!
Having started this journey, I'm now eager to continue the ride and see where this goes...! :-)
Confusing and makes sense all at once! :)
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
Grin. I hope it all becomes clearer later on ;)
