Reviews for The Traveller
A beautifully written tale. Thank you so much for it.
what an entirely cool story. I love the way you told it. honestly, I don't know what I can say in this review that would be helpful, since the story seems close to perfect!
this is so cool. you have put so much thought into this.
this is fascinating. FASCINATING.
That was a beautifully written story! And the ending was absolutely perfect. Thank you for sharing.
How grand!! I just now caught up and it was a wonderfully told tale! Thank you so much for your hard work.
beautiful
Lovely way to finish the story! :)
I was content that your story had ended on the last chapter but to have this epilogue was even better - thank you for that; so nice to read a happy ending where the reader knows Severus gets to live the full life he so deserved and never got chance to have in canon.
You have written it all in a beatifully descriptive unique way with great feeling. Thank you so much. :-)
What a lovely ending ... for Hermione, her life truly has come full circle. And soon, young Hermione will be attending Hogwarts and it all begins again.
I absolutely love this story, thank you so much for sharing it with us. I look forward to reading more of your work!
Awe! what a fascinating and fitting ending to your story. We know that they will be happy together for all eternity.
Thanks so much for this story. I have enjoyed it thoroughly.
*applauds*
*tears up*
It couldn't have ended any other way. Full circle, indeed. :)
Wahh! That brought a tear to my eye. So poignant, especially Severus' musing. Thank you for a wonderful, unique story.

What a lovely ending! :o) Thank you very much for this wonderful story.
Very nice wrap up. I enjoyed your story.
I adored this story. Thank you for giving us a solitary Hermione that we never get to see. I love this epilogue. I was content to have it finished with the last chapter, but this is a wonderful cherry on the sundae. Thank you for sharing your lovely plot bunny with us. Feel free to leave us more! *g*
Why send them to 1955? Why not the present or future? Wouldn't sending them to live permanently in the past create a paradox?
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
Essentially, leaving them in the present would present the chance that they'd be recognised and have to answer questions about how Severus survived. You cannot Travel to the future because it has not happened yet.In the past, they are out of the way of Britain in Australia. It does not create a paradox, no, because the past has already happened ;)Thanks for reading!
what a lovely way for it to end, tho i trust there'll be an epilogue. this has been the most intersting and unique time story i've read. thanks so much

There is an epilogue to this story, yes... coming up when it gets through the queue. Thanks so much for reading!
Good old Julia! :)

Grins. Thanks for reading :)

Wow, I never would have guessed anything like this could happen! But it's a very good solution to a seemingly unsolvable problem, isn't it... I'm very glad, too, that the two of them didn't fuss around and simply got together. Sensible people! *grins*
Author's Response: I think they've both been through so very much, that a chance for happiness and peace is something they both want very badly.
Thanks for reading :D
I'd wondered if Julia knew! Being a Traveller herself, I thought she might have caught them in the past, but you topped it all with the fate thing and 1955. Sweet.
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
She knew, all along, yes :D I wondered if any readers would pick up on the subtle hints of that through the chapters :)Thanks for reading!!
WOW, I didn't see that coming...well done. You could stop it here but you are continuing...I can hardly wait
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
There's just a short epilogue coming up... this is essentially the final chapter for these two :)THanks so much for reading.
I had a feeling that the matters with Julia will resolve along these lines. But, I was hoping that they will be Travelling together from now on. Guess it's not technically possible. Besides, they're both ready to settle down and have a place to call home, I think.
Response from Somigliana (Author of The Traveller)
Besides, they're both ready to settle down and have a place to call home, I think.Absolutely. Travelling is interesting, but not very peaceful. They just want some quiet and love, now. It could be possible, but they wouldn't take that choice :DThanks so much for reading.
I was almost thinking that the story is over, but I'm so glad that it has another chapter already in the queue.I'm so glad that they finally got to enjoy such physical intimacy. What a delight it would be to wake up beside him, especially if he was happy to be there! This is such an amazing and creative plot-line. I look forward to more.
