I can't wait to read next chapter. But I must say this isn't fair for Lucius. Take Severus, for exemple, he has nothing to lose (of course he doesn't know, else where would be the fun?). He will get Hermione (that's a great gift in itself) and he can't resign from the Headmaster position. Plus Lucius will probably give him Salazar’s emerald stirring rod as a wedding gift (there's still a law going on, don't forget.For Draco, it's even better. He'll Ginny of course, the woman he fancies for a couple of years. Plus, he'll get employment (for losing the bet and he now has a family to support) and the Villa in France as a wedding gift.Lucius will get lucky if he manages to get Cissy back, probably to her own conditions (well, he deserves to suffer a bit after all he made her go through).All of this to say BRAVO for another MLC. I just love this challenge.

“Salazar’s emerald stirring rod,” ... at first I thought that was a bit of very imaginative swearing, but it made no sense in the context. LOLWhat a promising start. At the moment all men starring in your introductory chapter seem to be utter ****, but I hope at least some of them will come to their senses soon.

Ohhh...I just know this odious little bet will end up biting both Severus and Draco severely on the arse, one way or another. You know a friend of mine actually had her wedding stopped by someone the groom had been seeing. It was horrid. You did a great job of making that situation work. Can't wait to read more. Lucius is a fine piece of work, isn't he?

Oh yes! Based on this first chapter I know that not only will this be a story I will look for updates for each and every day (very well written by the way), I will probably love it and hate it, and you will more than likely receive more than one demand that Severus balls should be cut off by a blunt fork and roasted over an open fire (by Hermione).... (Yeah, I guess Dracos too, but somehow I always get the most mad when Severus hurts Hermione:-))While I which Lucius will wake up bald one day in the very imminent future due to goading the two fools into the bet, both Severus and Draco are grown ups with no excuse what so ever for with every intent wanting to hurt two women who has done them no harm, in fact quite the opposite. If nothing else, it shows just why they carry a nice little tatoo on their left arm, they have obviously not learned anything. I hope the two men i question will find them self falling into their own trap, and if they do manage to make Hermione and Ginny to fall in love with them, and then proceed by dumping them to win the bet and hurt the girls, I am not so sure they should be forgiven, ever.

Wonderful start to a well beloved marriage law challenge. Ron and Romilda, hah, too funny. I suspect Severus is going to eat his words about getting a woman, even if I think he was right about the Granger/Weasley marriage being a divorce in the making. Great chapter, looking forward to the next.

I really like it so far, can't wait to read more.  It is really mean of Lucius though, he must be really bitter about being dumped, although it sounds like he deserved it.
