Very well done. I loved it. I was quite surprised at your ending. Never Have I seen that in SS/HG Fandom, the closing of Hogwarts because of newer schools,  amazing.  I liked how you tied the loose end of how Severus had survived and even gave a hint of it in this story. 

The name of the Minister of Magic makes me belive that House ELves have finaly achieved equality.  a delightful touch!  what an original and clever ending!   Thanks for sharing this tale with us!  defintely five stars for you!

How sad to think of Hogwarts being sold.  Hopefully Hermione will be able to stay with Severus, and all of the paintings stay in their respective homes.

Hahaha, I loved Hermione siccing Betty the Bloodthirsty on 'Randy' ... he totally deserved it for trying to transform Hogwarts into his own personal golf resort cash cow, not to mention trying to split up our Severus and Hermione!
