It's that time of the year again when many people are busy with holiday preparations, celebrations, and get-togethers. Our queue is busier than it has been in a while, but admins have a little less time than usual, so please allow some extra time; we are doing our best to keep the queue moving.

Hello, everyone!

I just wanted to let you know that story updating might be a little slow for the next few days. Most of us celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday, so we'll not be able to keep up with queue as we normally do. Thanks for understanding!

Sorry for the short downtime we had this morning. As you can see, everything is worked out now and is up and running. There were minor problems with the server, but all is good now.

Variety Challenge Deadline Extended

Please note that the deadline for the currently running Variety Challenge has been extended to September 30th, 2009.

This is partly due to RL issues amongst admins and partly to several people asking about the possibility of an extension.

If you are an artist or vidder, please consider participating; so far, we've not had many media entries at all.

Cool 2008 Stats

And just for fun...

Last year, validated authors uploaded 647 stories.

Throughout the whole year, 1279 new stories were started and 385 updates.

And 1087 of them were completed while many are still going!

That's a lot of finished stories to read, mates.

We gained 5107 members (though we did lose about 8 when someone had a hissyfit a while back).

A whopping 61816 reviews were made on this site.

Authors responded to 48437 of them!

December closed out the year for us here at TPP, and it was another wonderful month, the holidays and all that.

Story Information

There were 90 new stories posted.

There were 46 updated stories!
