*Happy Sigh*  I spent my day at work happily immersed in your story...what a wonderful piece you have written here!  It was quite possibly one of the most interesting premises I have ever read.  Very orginal and I loved, loved, loved the slow pace of the romance...it made the story that much sweeter.  I found myself having to hide behind my monitor several times...either because I was crying. (the scene where Snape is explaining to Andrene why he is unlikely to ever visit Jamaica and she says “I ask no promises, Severus Snape, but time longer than rope. I will hope to see you there unless I be told it no longer possible.”  Or any of the times that Turpin was sad over the possible demise of Severus.)   Or I was laughing (pretty much any of the scenes with Turpin where he wasn't sad)  I just completely fell in love with Turpin, I want a Jarvey of my very own!!! 

This was a wonderfully moving story...the very best kind as I felt a whole range of emotions while reading...and I am sure that I will be back to read it again!  Thank you so much for sharing it.

This story was recommended on Potter's Place and I just had to check it out.  So far I've really enjoyed it (although that's not a surprise - I've enjoyed every one of your stories that I've read).  I particularly like that Ron is not a complete jerk or completely dim-witted in it.  It's refershing to see one can have a good HG/SS story without ruining Ron's character.

I just love this story.  I think I have read it about 5 times so far.  Of course since it is one of YOUR stories the site went down 3 times while reading it.  A small price to pay I suppose.  I hope you update your other story (Price of Madness) as it has intrigued me beyond belief.  Your stories rock!!

I read this long ago, but I was hit with the urge to read it again, which I did last night and today.  It's just as exquisite the second time around.  So lovely...  *sighs in contentment*  Brilliant work!  :)
