Interesting powers - I like the eccentric nature of the firewalker character that you created. It was too cute that she was teaching the jarvey to curse in jamican - wicked.
I was right - Sirius presence was only upsetting. Well at least the firewalker has arrived - I cannot wait to see what training is involved.
Yeah - a eye twinkle and a scheme - Albus is meddling - way to go old man. Severus might just wake up if they all start interfering - he might find a future.
I cannot see Sirius keeping her calm - good choices though - Molly, Remus, Severus - they are excellent choices indeed. I loved how you ended the chapter with Severus running from the room to assist Miss Granger since he found out Poppy was with her.
Okay - now I am truly stumped - what is it about Severus that calms her so - you have truly thrown me a cliffie that I cannot riddle out - cannot wait to read more.
Well now I am really wondering what the Salamander did to her and why - this is interesting.
Interesting first chapter - she helped the Salamander and I wonder if the creature understood that she did .. too soon to know if he did her harm or did something to benift her because she did assist him.
Oh man this chapter left me so nervous for them and Turpin crying when they left - that got me going. Love this story.
I love the Jarvey - he is such a good comic relief. I love the set-up with Albus putting them in Severus's private study. A week is going to be a long time.
This story is absolutely fantastic. ::applauds::
Good - the salamander gave her a rare gift so he understood she was trying to help him. I like the story so far and cannot wait to see what happens.
Holy Mother of Nimue! LOL! I love this story!!!!!!!!
Oh, lovely. Finally we see the reason behind the Firewalker's explanation of Empath's powers against Dementors. So glad to see this through! *clicks to the next chapter*
*gigglesnort* Clearly Hermione has a problem if she is pawing Severus in class. I love how the change in his behavior has affected the other students - they are so paraniod that they can't even enjoy the somewhat lax behavior. *sigh* What a lovely story - heart wrenching and beautiful. I loved it.
Ok - you're not evil - you're brilliant and lovely and other good things. I don't imagine that I'd want to look Headmaster Dumbledore in the eyes again, especially after him having to fix something like that up. I bet that Ron and Harry would be unmerciful in their teasing, but would be clever enough to only do so in front of Hermione - for safety's sake, if nothing else.
The battle scenes you've written are very thought provoking - I've always wondered about the effects of casting the unforgivables would be, and you idea definitely has merit. It would stand to reason that the more damage a spell would do, and the more malice needed - the more energy it would take out of the caster. Poor Hermione, weeping for her love. Evil woman, taking Severus away. Clever idea - having Harry use his Patronus to destroy the malignant portion of the Dark Lord's soul. I hope it is not too late to save Hermione from her spiral into madness.
I love your Hermione and Severus smut - simply divine. Poor Turpin, crying his little eyes out for the two that he loves. I hope that Severus and Hermione make it through all right.
I've never really thought too much about Harry being with Draco, but you have certainly pulled my ear. Well, honestly - what women wouldn't enjoy the thought of two attractive men. *Squee* Ick - shame on you for putting the thought of Filch with Hermione in my mind. Lalalala - oh, no - it is stuck in my head. oh, horror of horrors - Severus and Sirius have just adressed each other informally - brilliantly done.
That is certainly a very hot way to win an argument. Now that they've worked off their tension, Hermione saves the day with her knowledge of innovative muggle medicines.
Well that is certainly one way to wile away the day - and what a pleasurable way to do so. I only wish that I could take leave with your Severus for, well forever. Lovely.
I bet it eased the ache of Hermione's heart to see that she was not the only suffering after the 'split'. *happydance for Headmaster Dumbledore* Usually his meddling is not warranted, but in this situation it is a god send. And with such pleasant results too... Finally Severus opens his mouth to let the truth out.
Oh, Severus - will you ever learn? He is thinking about not hurting Hermione, but doesn't he realize that leaving her would od exactly that. Stubborn man. Hermione's parting words must have smarted. I hope that Severus really thinks on what she has said - there is really no reason for him to take away her right to decide things for herself.
I really love it when Headmaster Dumbledore stands up for Severus - extra points for it being to Sirius. That last bit was terribly foreboding - I hope that things aren't going to be that terrible for Hermione.
Oh - what a clever clue you've left for us in the earlier chapters - Pretty dense of me to not notice Porcini. Cheers for Harry - trying to help Hermione come up with a plan to rescue Severus. Sirius has just redeemed himself in my eyes. I am pleased that he is willing to go somewhere he'd probably rather not even think of, to save someone that he seems to despise.
I am glad to see that Hermione and Dick Turpin do not have to bottle their grief up - if nothing else threatening and attacking Sirius Black will do wonders for realeasing the pain. Too bad attacking him won't give them what they want. It figures that the one time Hermione swooned Severus wouldn't be there to catch her - well atleast it was Harry - no competition there.
