Amazing story!  I saw this over at Ashwinder, and having become quickly addicted, had to find if it was posted elsewhere!  Thankfully, I found it here, and am so glad I did!  What a great, great story.  You depicted Severus as remarkably human, and this story literally took my breath away.  Fantastic work!

This story was absolutely wonderful!!! I'm so glad to see everyone had a happy ending, especially Hermione and Severus. I really loved this story, and I'm really glad to have had the chance to read it.

I agonized at considerable length over this scene, as it is the first extended explicit sexual content I've written. I'm hoping that after so much miserable waiting on Hermione's part, everyone is satisfied by the conclusion. :)

Erm, yes.  I'll just be needing a cold shower now. ;-)

I already wonder if I've carried it too far beyond my original outline, but I hope that you've enjoyed what I've opted to do. 

Obviously I don't know what your original outline was, but I do like where you've gone with it and don't feel like you stretched it too far or anything.  I've enjoyed the ride thoroughly. 

Much as I'd rather this story not end yet, I understand that you have to stop somewhere. Am I satisfied? Yes. Great job!

I do want to congratulate you on the achievement that is this story - your Severus and Hermione are remarkably _real_ and their interactions complex. I am glad to see them intimate (grin) but I do wish you had shown their first time together and maybe a bit of the conflict that would have marked their initial months. Given the buildup of their relationship and the troubles they had to overcome, as well as the complicated nature of SS's sexuality, it would have been an even stronger story had you shown how those issues were worked through. (I'm glad to know that all of H's friends are happy, but this chapter was almost more about them!) I hope you will keep writing as your style and character development are excellent.

Thank you very much for your story.  I really like how you wrote the character of Severus.  We can never really know what he is thinking, which is a lot like real life.  We can only speculate based on his words and actions.  I think you wove those words and actions together in a way that always made it a guessing game as to how he was truly feeling about Hermione.  Frustrating for her but very intriguing for us.  Like everyone else I am glad the characters find some peace in your last chapter.  Thanks for the happy ending.

The forbidden, illicit thoughts, persistence, love and passion are elements in many stories. However, it is the way they are combined and twisted and embellished that makes for an interesting read.  I thought your story was very unusual and I thoroughly enjoyed the read.

This was definitely an incredibly fulfilling conclusion, and absolutely lovely story overall. Perfect has been stated before, but I think the appellation bears repetition. It sounds a bit overeffusive, perhaps, but it really is true! Thanks for putting your talents to use here; hope to read more from you in the future!

All in all, I like this ending.  It actually annoys me somewhat when people stretch out the story they're writing far beyond the place where it should've ended.  I find that I lose interest if it goes on for too long—if events keep being tacked onto the story even though the plot itself has already been wrapped up.
