oh dear, Snape may have to vacate the premises next time they turn up!
Response from dracontia (Author of zin3)
I rather think that, if they were foolish enough to impose on his hospitality to THAT degree, the good professor would take steps! :D

The alternate ending is nice, and it works. I like that you've led up to it and provided backstory with the thunderstorm scares and whatnot.Good work!

Since I know I forgot to squee when I emailed it back to you, I shall squee now.*SQUEE* I love this series :D

Thank you, luv (and thank the little squee-er, too!) ^_^

Oh, you rock. I like the gen version, LOVED the "slash" version. Simply because the emotions, that first kiss... it doesn't matter if you're gay or straight, first kisses are special and sweet and it was.
However, I am feeling pretty bad for Snape right now, who appears to be thoroughly het. Merlin only knows what he's going to have to witness. Altho... if it pushes him from the Shack and through the Veil finally to wherever he's supposed to be... Shag on, boys! It's all in the name of settling a ghost!
Author's Response: ^_^ Thank you! The gen story arc was my first inspiration. It was important to show that nothing--including teenage male awkwardness--could stop these two from being friends.
That being said, I quite fell in love with their kiss and had to write that as well. :)
LOL Oh, lordy--your assessment of Snape. Um. Yup. Poor guy! We shall have to come up with a suitable reward for him by the end of the series. :D
i do continue to love the al and scorp show. i especially liked how snape just automatically took up a defensive stance and protected them. it's always so wonderful to listen to his thoughts on their interactions. (bloody baron midnight bed check! yikes!) i also liked how you handled the revelation with the two of them. "no... not boys... you." perfect. : ) (odd thing happened though, when i chose the "print" option first, i got a different ending that didn't have the mutualness and kiss. then i looked on here as i was reviewing and i was like - whoa, that makes a difference to my review!)

As much as I wanted to explore some of the deeper issues the gen story arc demanded, I had to write this one as well--'cause darn it, there's just something satisfying about that first kiss. :)Oh, and Snape shall continue to have plenty to say--in both story arcs!Thank you for reviewing!
This is where I thought this series was going to end up- a more than platonic relationship between the two. Ron would have an absolute cow!
Response from dracontia (Author of zin3)
Poor Ron. Is he having a cow about Al & Scorp? Snape's ghost? Hugo being Mr. Fair-and-by-the-book?All of the above? :D(*facepalm* Speaking of whom, I just found myself channeling Ron. *Yells at the kids, "STOP BEING MENTAL!"*)Thank you for the review!
