A 30-something Estonian who started lurking around HP fanfic sites in 2006, reading SS/HG almost exclusively.
After a while, I got up the courage to start leaving a few comments, then stumbled into the SS/HG corner of LiveJournal, and have now been bullied encouraged into trying my hand at a bit of writing, too.
I have no illusions about ever becoming a great writer, but it's fun and a good way to practice my English.

Thank you! I'm glad you liked it. As for the smirk... only Severus knows for sure! My own suspicion is that it has something to do with Lucius. And possibly chocolate sauce. And whipped cream.

Now that is just devious....great idea... but devious! But what the hell , exquisite shoes are always worth it! Can you send me Lucius for shoe shopping when Hermione has finished with him? ( Just shoe shopping, what WERE you thinking??)

I'm trying to imagine my significant other giving me a pair of shoes... and its not a pretty picture. Of course, if he could ask lucius for advice, well, then, thats a different story...Cute fic, and I agree with lula...is hermione going to thank her men properly?

You crack me up! Very good. As a shoe-loving girl myself, I cannot imagine the shock of getting exquisite shoes from my other half. I might actually faint.
So... part two? Lucius comes over, all of the thanking... you know... So???

Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. :-D No idea why, but I always automatically tend to go for Hermione's POV - comes more naturally, I suppose.
