Miss Granger, I am well aware of the fact that this letter is inappropriate; still, I find it impossible not to write it.

Oh, this is heartwrenching. You did a beautiful job letting us into the tortured mind and heart of poor Severus. He doesn't realize that it is his self-loathing that leads him to have the more disturbing fantasies, and that if he allowed himself to believe that he's deserving of loving and being loved, that his fantasies would be so much less scary. Wow.

Thanks for the nice words. He is twisted, but at least, he knows it. Hope you like the sequel...
Aw, so sad! That ending is crying out for a sequel! Does Hermione find it? Does a Helpful House-Elf find it and give it to her? I MUST KNOW!!! :)

If you find the time to come back in a few days, you will find the sequel, called Another Love Letter. Hope you like it! And thanks a lot for reviewing this one.
*smiles* Wow! This was wonderful.

Thank you so very much!
Oh, this is simply heart-rending! If he could stop hating himself for a moment, he would see he has done nothing more horrible than fall in love. If only she could see this letter! Has it truly burned? Is this the only time he has set pen to paper to relieve his burdened heart?

I think it takes an eternity for a man like Snape to confess at least to himself he has feelings at all. I believe he consideres feelings a weakness and thus, I think this is the first time he has written down about his love for Hermione. He would never give her the letter, he would not write a second one... but well, you know how it all ends :-)Thanks so much for reviewing!
It' really beautiful. Very sad, but beautiful nonetheless. I'm glad there's a happy ending, else I'd be cursing Snape for his cowardness.
Response from chivalric (Author of Love Letter)
You should know that callling Snape a coward is always a bad idea :-) Luckily you don't have to! Even he can't hold back when attacked with a letter by the woman he loves *smirk*
Thanks a lot for reviewing!
Oh man - that letter was fantastic - all that he wanted and all that he wished he could give her - I hope this is not a one shot and since the letter fell through the grill - maybe she could discover it - please free her from Ron - Severus is the better choice.
Devour her - good lord - is it hot in her???? fan, fan - beads of sweat

I do hope you found Another Love Letter by now... although I fear it won't cool you down *g*
Thanks for reviewing!
Wow! I stumbled on this because you were at the top of the reviews answered list for November, so I figured that you must have been a prolific and excellent writer to receive so many reviews. I must confess that I do as Snape did sometimes, just to get the words out of my head. That's why I started writing fan fiction. Stories rolled around in my head to the point I thought I would go insane if I didn't write them down.Snape's words of despirate love are so in character. I can see him writing the letter while seething with gut wrenching angst. Great job! I will now happily seek out the sequel. :)

I am definitely prolific ;-) The stories and plot bunnies pester me, and like you, I'd go crazy if I didn't post them. Plus, I love reviews, so many thanks for leaaving one!
