I think it is lovely that Severus feels that he is entering spring for a second time, having been given a second chance at life, at happiness. It means that he has become new, reborn, as spring renews the cycle of life. He and Hermione would travel this new world of theirs together, and "he was looking forward to the future."Beautifully written, and a great companion piece to "Require Your Assistance."Beth

nice! i liked how you managed to cram the whole history of their love into this short little piece. and i agree that the poem worked well, although i had to read it through slowly a second time to thoroughly appreciate it. lovely!

Thank you so much. The poem in the middle was an idea I had to introduce my poetry to people that do not usually read the poetry. I am currently working on a multii-chapter fic. I, in fact, have mentioned a scene from it in this work.
