awww, a day alone with draco. the part about lying on hos parents bed was sad and sweet.

really liked the insight behind draco  in  this chapter and good on mcgonnagal for getting him to fquarters nction.

There were rumors that Professor Snape, who was a professor at the school until the end of their sixth year, had quarters down in the dungeons. didnt hermione go with luna at the end  of book six to sit outside of snape's quarters to watch him?

Wow, Draco has some really intense thoughts here.  Somehow I just can't picture him as a muggle, however, if he were to try for it he would at least be quite wealthy.  The wealty have their own code however and I'm not sure if Hermione would be able to teach that.

I like this Draco, he's a bit unsure and that is attractive in his personality.

Great chapter... I can easily see Hermione giving him the benefit of the doubt, but still being concerned that he is so willing to give up magic.

I am really enjoying these first four chapters. I think you have created a backstory for Draco that shows how he has changed, how the war affected not just the Order and Harry's friends and family, but the rest of the Wizarding world.

Poor Draco.  You have to feel sorry for someone who has been through all that.  Everyone makes mistakes.  Its what you do after you realize your mistakes that says what kind of person you really are.  Lets hope Hermione has compassion in her heart.  And forgives him so maybe he can have one friend and maybe a little hope too.  I really like this story.

Good chapter, but I have a hard time picturing Hermione so bitter; of course she did survive the war and they were on opposing sides.....

This has a rather interesting premise and I like the beginning.

I like how you've chosen to set up the returning seventh years who've missed part or all of their original seventh year due to the war. Interesting to have them all stay together like they are their own "House" which would make sense since they have been through so much in comparison to most of the other students.

I really liked this story... it hooked me =P...waiting for the new chapter! =)
