Thanks for reading. :) It's fun to write poems.
Lovely poem! Dark, mysterious, foreboding and wonderful to read. Sometimes I had the feeling the rythm was a little off, but the wonderful imagery and rhyme made up for that more than enough.*grabs a blue candle and lights it* (don't have any other colour )

LOL. I wasn't going by any rhythm count or beats in particular, just sentences with words that rhyme at the end. I hate being restricted too much. :) Thanks for reading.
naughty. You've no idea how many times I've wanted to do this to others, though. Spose a poem is better than actually doing it, right? As always, I adore anything that comes from your mind, dark recesses or not.

I'm such a terrible girl at times. :) Thanks for reading!
This poem is definitely very wicked... However, scary and frightening as this poem was, you also had quite a bit of grace in it. It was a beautiful poem to read, and really gave me the full specter of feelings one enjoys when reading poetry- fear, delight, joy and sadness. I loved the line, "Downward will the melting wax begin to glide." However, I feel that it would flow more if you wrote "Downward the melting wax begins to glide." That line gave me chills thought, it was so good, even as it is. I really enjoyed this poem, in an eerie sort of way (I imagine you can't get too many "I enjoyed this poem a lot" reviews for this sort of poetry) Anyway, this poem was a pleasure to read.

Thanks. I'm happy you liked it. I was in a "wicked" sort of mood when I wrote it. LOL I do think that sentence you wrote sounds good and will likely incorporate it.
Very creepy. Note to self - never get on the wrong side of SW69 !

HAHAHAHA! One never knows these days. I like candles...
I was breezing on through and caught this poem. Hmm....this little bit of treachery would come in handy. I've just the candidate for it, too.

Indeed? Do tell... **wriggles eyebrows**
notsosaintly's response: Let's just say...I have a very full house. *snicker*
