Thanks, Merina!
I simply love this story. I read it elsewhere and was delighted to find it again here. Very nice progression of emotional events.

Thank you very much for your kind words. I'm glad you enjoyed it so much to leave me a review. :)
Lovely, sweet story. And you are so right, what a nice change to see SS doing the 'comforting' and healing in your piece!

Thank you so much for your lovely review. It warms my heart. :)
I loved how you succinctly described the characters' changing emotions and depicted the actions that helped to mould their lives. I think, that sometimes what is said in fewer words can have more of an impact thatn stories containing tons. Wonderful writing!

Thank you very kindly. What lovely words to say and written so well! I really appreciate your feedback!
What a hopeful, if undefined ending. Hermione lucked out when Severus found her.
Response from minuet99 (Author of Sanctuary)
Yes, she did. And I purposely left it open because I thought at one time I might continue the piece. Thanks for leaving a review!
Interesting to see how Snape helps Hermoine. It's definitely not easy helping someone manage depression. I like how this story is flowing and look forward to the next chapter. :)

Thank you, very much.
A very interesting start to a story. Sometimes during the story I feel I have read it before somewhere, but even if I had, it was well worth the read. I hope you will update soon and not at least give us some answears to why Hermione is as depressed as she is.

a very sweet story... I hope to read more soon! Do you have more written already?
Response from minuet99 (Author of Sanctuary)
Yes, the story is complete in two chapters and the other one will be posted soon. Thanks, I hope you enjoy the rest!
I do so love the HG_SS Exchanges, it's like an early Christmas :o) I get to read wonderful, creative, and very original fics. Like this one.I think you're right about the reversal of roles. Severus is usually the flawed character and Hermione typically is the one to turn it all around; then, or course, they fall madly and passionately in luuuurve. This one is unique and I appreciate the spin you've put on the story. But they still fall in luuuurve. Hurray! Thanks for a great fic,Sue.

Thank you for your kind words. :)
minuet99I applaud all of your hard work. How you must have agonized to pull this work together? A splendid job! I loved how outwardly Severus appears to be slightly OCC yet, his internal turmoil is the Snape we all know and love. I also love the OCC as I think that this is the TRUE Severus.

Thank you so much. I'm sorry I haven't responded sooner, I've been a bit offline and didn't see this until now.
I'm glad this Severus rings true to you.

Thank you. Severus Snape is a highly conflicted man which makes him a delight to play with and write about.
