Oh my goodness tell me you are continuing this? I simply ADORE that you mentioned Hermione is now tall. At 5’9 myself I have a hard time reading about her petit-ness ad nauseum.   I really enjoyed the banter between them. A bit of their old school relationship there, but certainly adult in scope now as well.  OUuu and the fight with Ron was wonderfully mean and bitter. I am glad he is out of the picture. This story made me so happy! Thank you!

I like this Snape. In DH we saw that he was in fact capable of compassion and love. I can't wait to see where this goes. I never thought Hermione and Ron were a good intellectual match. :)

Great chapter.  Someone needs to castrate Ron for how cruel he was to Hermione.  Maybe Harry or Snape could do that for him. :)

Dunh, dunh, dunh!  Wow, that was a great prologue.  I'm excited to read about a cannon compliant fic featuring HG/SS.  I've been wondering when someone would take the plunge and write a fic that included a married/formerly married Hermione and a livuing Snape.  I can't wait to reat more!

I'm not surprised about the breakup, they were always too different to live in peace.  I'm only sorry it took 20 yrs for them to realise that they aren't good for each other.  I enjoy your smooth flowing writing style, it makes the story very believeable.

Poor Hermione...Poor Severus.  I really like your characterizations thus far.  And I'm glad that you so tidily got rid or Ron.  It would have been better if he died...just kidding.  Anyways, I love your fic so far and I can't wait for more!

Exciting!

I always wondered what Severus would be like post-war. I never thought he would be so kind and caring, as he's acting towards Hermione. I haven't read Book 7 yet, but I'll be doing so tomorrow, so I don't mind the spoilers.  It can't be anything I haven't already heard about.  I'm looking forward to seeing where this goes. I think Severus should accompany Hermione back to the house so she can pack her things up.

It is a wonderful beginning, I hope it continues into a "full" HG/SS adventure (worthy of the rating :-) ).  You are a very talented writer, something I wish (and many people wish) we were, but unfortunately, we are not, however I do recognize it when I read it.  Please continue with your story, otherwise many fans, and perhaps even yourself, may be sorely disappointed.Happy New Year to you and your friends and family!
