Nice little dark fic. Love the atmosphere.  Her being a constant reminder of his deed certainly has it's effects.

I think the only word to describe this (other than brilliant) is chilling, absolutely chilling.

Ooh, dark and lovely. For some reason, I'm drawn to stories where one of the pair is a ghost, as it can create such interesting situations.

 Does this story imply that Hermione somehow betrayed Snape? Or that Snape betrayed Hermione by killing her to keep his cover?

I would love some more background, but the simple mysteriousness of the circumstances is enough.

 And fitting.

The implication that Hermione betrayed Severus is interesting, and the he killed her even more so.  Is there any hope of an expansion?  I'd love to know some background.
