Thanks!!! I'm flattered. This was one tenacious bunny that wouldn't let me rest until I skinned it. Kept me up until 2:30 Saturday morning to finish writing it! But I conquered it at last.
Very creative! I've seen fics where Draco schemes in a way not very honorable to end up with Hermione, but never the other way around. Kisses

I envisioned this as a one-shot, so I'm not planning any further chapters. That said, numerous readers, my beta, and my muse have all been nudging me to write a companion piece from Draco's point of view, to include Ginny taking care of the Ministry witch. That might yet happen... Real Life (tm) permitting. Thanks for the review, and I'm delighted that you liked it enough to want more!
I liked it till the very end and the story flopped at the cliche` ending. Other thsn that, it was well written but could be drawn out into a saga in what Herminoe does once she has her position as Draco's wife. Or what could have been Draco's reaction if he some who found out or if she eventually told him out of guilt and love.

Thanks for the thoughtful review! I did choose a bit of a cliche for the ending, but that was deliberate. I appreciate the vote of confidence that the story could be expanded - I've had that on my miles-long list of Things I'd Like To Accomplish, ever since I first wrote this. Recasting this from Draco's POV would (will?) be fun, although I waffle back and forth about how I'd have him react. Ah well, maybe this summer....
