I somehow missed this story earlier.  I was happy to find it today because it was a perfect match for a mood that eschewed angst, darkness and high drama.  I chuckled over SS starting to put his hand in his pocket and felt a sense of satisfaction at the ending.  Very good.  I always enjoy your fics.  You're like a sure bet and I'm a regular reader for that reason.While I have this little box to communicate with you, I'd be remiss not to say I'd love to see the conclusion of The Resolution Solution and more of Slip of the Tongue.  Any chance of either anytime in the near future?  ~

SL has this posted as a teaser to the fangirl tour. I read it before, but was more than happy to  pick it up again. Its such a gentle story of lust, loss and finally love. Plus its on my birthday so of course I must squeeeeeeeee!

I'm so glad scatteredlogic recced this gem - I adored it. It's quietly clever and original, and utterly charming. I  I especially loved Hermione's account of her misfortunes, and Snape's unconscious play with the chain of his watch while he listens to her.

I really liked the extra info about the complacation with gold versus an amalgamation of metals. Although to give you a hard time 24k gold is very soft and can be scratched with a fingernail. It is rare that it is made into jewelry that is ment to be worn everyday such as a watch fob. Thanks so much for sucha great story I look forward to reading more of your work.
