Reviews for Ode to Coffee
Yup, that one will get its place by the coffee maker, too. And my colleagues will love me for it ... or hate me, I'm not really sure yet ;-)

Yeah, coffee really is a love/hate relationship, so I can see how that could happen....

Just wanted to let you know that both copies made quite a few people smile today. /M

LOL. I LOVE this. It reminds me of how I feel about cappuccino!

Ah, a fellow coffee-lover. Truly, I live this ode every single day.
I must say, I completely concur. Sanity seems to be directly tied to the days when I go down to the local cafe for an iced mocha. Mmm. One of those sounds really good right now (who cares if it's almost 7 PM). By the way - Soothing Hands is one of my favorites at Ashwinder, and I'm happy that it's over here, too. :)

Thank you very much. And I'm happy that you've found a bit of my amateur poetry as well. I like to write poetry about things that I can't live without -- An iced mocha sounds incredibly good right now as well. Hey, it's only 4:30 here!
Heheh. Wonderful. :)
hahahhahah loved it. I feel the same way.
cute!
I don't drink coffee but I love french vanilla cappuccinos. I also make darn sure there plenty of coffee in the house for my husband or I can't live with him and his bad moods and headaches too. This was a really good poem. Well done.Tamara

It's always good to feed the husband's addiction. Mine has a nastier addiction (cigarettes). He doesn't smoke in the house, and I don't nag him about quitting anymore ... he makes Voldemort look like a puppy when he tries to quit.
AMEN SISTA! :D

Actually, if it weren't for the bloody headache that would result, I could not care a wit if it was decaffeinated.
LOL... I do so miss that addiction... Haven't had coffee in over 2 years (or is it 3? I've lost count now).Cute poem.

Wow! You're kidding me. With all my health problems, that is one thing I will not give up. Part of it is the headache I get if I don't have coffee in the morning. But I truly love the taste, when it is made properly and with good beans. It's like comfort food for me.

LOL. Yeah, at first, I gave up coffee because of the cream and sugar I used in order to keep my vocals good for choir. Now, it's a health issue that has banned me from caffeine. :( So sad, really. I do so miss it. Good thing I like chamomile tea.
