This is such a great story, Savva!  The plot is so unique— I can't remember reading another like it, and truly enjoyed it.

I'm so happy that Lucius decided not to protect his friend's secret any longer.  Living without feeling would be the worst of the worst of Severus, and now Hermione can teach him how to love again.

Just loved the uniqueness of the plot and the twists and turns--yes, the doll spooked and irked me, thinking, 'What the hell?' So seemingly innocent and precious--connected to Lily, but so unnerving, creepy if Severus is so bewitched by it--where will this lead? So I just loved the ending and so relieved *whew* Loved Severus' last lines,  “Teach me how to love, Granger. I know you can.”

I can understand Severus wanting to escape the pain of a broken heart, but not feeling anything is a worse fate. Thank goodness Hermione came along , to give him the kick in the pants he needed to start him heart again. I loved the way you wrote Lucius, you got him to a tee.

Ok, so right away the doll gave me the total creeps right away, so I was glad to find out what it finally was, and that it was destroyed. great fic, good original idea. :)

Emotionally raw. Her frustration was palpable and moved me to tears. Loved the final paragraph.
