Mostly Harmless! Though I have to admit, I'm even stranger than I appear. ;-) There's a pile of unbeta'd stuff on my LJ (dracfic) if you're interested in Raw, Untamed, fanfic.
Believe it or not, "How Argus Filch Got Wild, Got Laid, and Got His Magic" has been rec'ed by Know It Alls! It's true! They gave me this pretty lil' ribbon and everything! And in March 2007, they saw fit to likewise reccommend (as an antidote to angst) the story that started it all, 'Courtesy of Your Fairy God-Jarvey'--just in time for the first anniversary of that story's posting! *hugs Harm*
(I also have to admit that 'mostly harmless' may not be the most apt description of a member of the Mad Chatters...)
Finally, I just have to say... Storyville. If you were there, you know what I mean.Reviews for Ghost of Castle Wink
What a wonderful idea, and you've told this from such an unusual, but very fitting angle. Thanks for these glimpses into the Malfoys' only-child tragedy. Living near a place as picturesque as Castle Combe and being excluded from it, would sour every child's mood.

Fortunately (for everyone, really) Scorpius started out sound enough that he didn't go too far awry. I'd say he'll be the first in several generations with the sense to leaf out the family tree a little better. Thank you for reviewing!
Miss your breezy stories... are you working on anything else at the moment?
Response from dracontia (Author of Ghost of Castle Wink)
Oh, a thing or twelve... it's probably going to take a while. In the meantime, perhaps you'd like to peek at some of Scorpius' correspondence in the Recent Drabbles category?
What a wonderful story! Thank for sharing it. And now I think I'll go for a stroll doen Castle Combe's picturesque streets.Beth

Thanks kindly for reviewing! I hope you've had a Happy Christmas so far. (Speaking of which, I looked up Castle Combe Christmas on Pinterest, and if anything, it's even prettier in the snow )

Cute idea. Maybe Tuny can "reverse engineer" the cake! :)

Tuny is a clever elf, so I imagine it's in the range of possibility. Should make for a nice little teatime for ScorpiusThanks kindly for reviewing! I hope you've had a Happy Christmas so far. :)
A window into the lonely life that Scorpius led, before he went to Hogwarts. I'm so glad he met Al and Rose, on the Hogwarts Express.

This was actually the first story about Scorpius that I ever imagined. I couldn't make it work until I found the right POV recently. I always imagined Scorpius' existence having a sort of melancholy beauty to it that helped shape him into an appreciative, introspective little soul. Thanks kindly for reviewing! I hope you've had a Happy Christmas so far. :)
Interesting next-gen FF... :D Love Next-gen stuff! :D Came back after a sojourn on FF.net,.. more than 90% of the authors cannot hold a candle to you, however, if you do ever want to explore another HP character, do check out Luna Lovegood,.. because her character's so far away from HG or Draco,.. :D. She is actually my fav character, but there aren't any good FFs that I've seen.

Thanks kindly for reviewing! I hope you've had a Happy Christmas so far. :)I've written Luna once or twice, but she's such a wanderer it's hard to get her to stay in one place long enough to figure out what she's doing. (I'm sorry if that didn't make as much sense as it ought to--it's the best way I can describe how characters behave in my brain!)
