Reviews for Seeing Sybill
I feel a bit sorry for Sybil, never really knowing that her gift was real. I loved her part in the battle, though. Finally those crystal balls were put to good use!

*grin* It was fun to put Sybill into battle-mode with her crystal balls! Thanks!

I like your Sybill very much. Especially how she grows. And I always loved it, when she smashed Death Eaters with her Crystal Balls.I think you did her justice. Her fierce defense of the Sight may just cover that she isn't really all that sure of herself.

!I think you're right about covering up her lack of self-confidence.I'm glad you enjoyed them!

It was fascinating to watch Sybil evolve, from an unsure little girl, into the powerful witch atop the Battlements, scourging the Death Eaters with her "hail of crystal".

I really like how you have her SEEING what will come to pass but as much as she loves the dramatic, she refuses to see the truth. Great job. I like your Sybill.

Thanks very much! :-) Very glad that you liked Sybill here! And you're right: she loves the dramatic, but is afraid of the truth, so doesn't see it.

I like this very different view of Sybill. You've made her a bit more three dimensional with your little drabbles.

Thanks! I thought that showing her in her more private moments might be revealing.

Sybill is a character that we know so little about, she is fun to explore. It is interesting to see her doubt herself when she always seems confident in her abilities to us. And I like how crystal balls are useless to her in the beginning, but they serve her well in the last Drabble.

I think she's fairly insecure, and that's one reason she uses all those trappings in her rooms, and why she's always making "impressive" predictions to her classes. I think that's one of the reasons she doesn't leave her tower often, either. Those crystal balls sure did turn out to be handy! Thanks!
