I am constantly writing autobiography, but I have to turn it into fiction in order to give it credibility.
- Katherine Paterson
I started writing fanfiction back in 2004, and now I wonder why it took me that long. My favorite HP book is HBP and HP movie (so far) is PoA.
Favorite food: a toss-up between olives, pickles, or York Peppermint Patties.
Favorite Color: blue or green.
House: Slytherin

This was unexpected and very enjoyable. This is a nice example of how the war affected everyone, not just those on the front lines. And I'm finding that I really enjoy when people explore characters who we know so little about.
It is very sad that these two young people have to make such big decisions, based on the thing they did when they were no more than children, but that is the way of the world alas.
Very nice look at two of the minor characters. It's all so well done and it fits just perfectly into canon. I think that Blaise was always the forgotten Slytherin, there for reasons that weren't entirely explained.
You don't read too many fics with Marietta. This one is good. ^_^
This, this is truly lovely. A poignant moment between two characters who we normally don't see much of. And you have dealt so compassionately with Marietta; you make me respect her now. Such strong characters. Thank you for this.
This is such an impressive and moving look into how two often-unexplored characters were affected by the events of the war. You've packed so much emotion into such a short piece, and you made me believe every word of it.
Gorgeously (and, at times, heart-wrenchingly) done.
Oh wow. A powerful piece. I like how you showed how everyone is affected by the war, even those that are not active as such. And how those that may have done wrong (i.e. helped the loosing side) do not necessarily hope for the best.
unexpected. :) well-written!
