What a really lovely story- the premise had me laughing, and it's certainly not one I've read before. Fun stuff! Just a really lovely mixture of humour, angst and HEA.
Wonderful, thank you so much for this story! I found the efforts of Ron and Krishna hard to believe at first but you made it a very enjoyable and believable read.

They're really not going to make easy for each other to find some common ground. Understandably, Severus is hurting, and in lashing out he's running true to form, but what he's throwing away could be so much more than a hasty gamble.It will be interesting to see what Hermione's next move is. I can't see her allowing Severus to have the last word. ;)

Hmm, why do I have a feeling that something else happened and that Severus removed Hermione's name from the research findings for some other reason?I missed so many fabulous stories during the Exchange, but I'm looking forward to seeing where this one ends up. :)

I have to say, if you're going to have someone matchmaking, a higher entity...err, higher 'benevolent being' doing the amtchmaking would make it rather hard to resist. That and the flute which is no doubt designed to drive Ron nuts so he co-operates. ;)Now, as to Hermione and Severus having a falling out, the mind boggles and my mind heads firmly downwards. :p

Love this. Ron is really trying to do something right. Asking Padma about Krishna? I think she's the one who was in the temple in Chapter 1. Just a quick nitpick? This sentence: "Even the memory of administering her first dose Pepperup could still put a smile on her face"? Would it read better if you used "of" between "dose" and "Pepperup"? Sorry. I'm not a beta, but I can't help noticing things like this when I read. ^_^

There is much more going on here than meets the eye, Ron and Hermione breaking up, and the apparent debacle over the potion are connected in some way. We will all have to keep reading to find out the how, what, who, why and where I guess.

Poor Ron. Of all the trials in the world, being accused of not being over an ex, while som deity is asking you to save her soul, must be the worst. I mean, who'd actually believe that?Also, I'm in love with your Krishna. I'd marry him any day, I think. If you ever write a fic with him as the main player, I'd be in heaven Nirvana.

Thank you : ) It took a bit of research to come up with the "curse", but I thought it would be interesting to use mythology that you don't often see in Snape/Hermione fanfiction.
Ah, Ron's finally on to something here. I like his intuition to ask Padma for help. Also, I like the flashbacks. :)

I thought the flashbacks would be a good way to give the reader a bit of a Hermione/Snape fix before they come face to face again, so I'm glad you enjoyed it : ) It was fun throwing Padma into the mix, especially as she isn't a character who appears much in the books. I really do like Ron in this story. He's grown up, albeit with a good swift kick from Krishna and learnt that he'd been holding on to his torch for too long. Bit like Severus and Lily I suppose. ;)As to what Severus might wish to do to him, well, I'll just have to click to find out. :)
